• Once we receive your order , we will send message to you within 24 hours ( office time ). We will confirm the total amount and delivery address with you, then schedule a delivery date for you once the goods are all ready.
  • Only one delivery address for each order.
  • Free delivery for orders over HK$400 (Excludig Islands and Special Districts) .
  • NIDO pet beds will only be arranged by SF Express or customers can consider self-collection at our Kowloon Bay and Yuen Long counter.
  • LETTO series products will only be delivered by truck (except Islands district and special district*#). We will call you for the actual delivery date and approximate delivery time one to two days before delivery, or customers may consider our Kowloon Bay and self-pickup at Yuen Long counter.

  • No delivery to restricted Area*: Sha Tau Kok, Lok Ma Chau & Lo Wu. For Islands district, we can arrange delivery to Central Pier.
  • Special district surcharge#: Ma Wan +$150; Discovery Bay +$350 (only for LETTO series products).
  • Free delivery service is limited to ground floor delivery, floors with lift access, and places accessible by light trucks. If the address cannot be directly reached by elevator, we will arrange for delivery on the ground floor; or if the light trucks cannot enter the place, we will arrange for delivery at the designated location.
  • If customer need to delay delivery, please notify us 3days before delivery schedule.
  • Customers must provide an accurate delivery location. Incorrect information may lead to delays in delivery.
  • If typhoon Signal No.8 or Red / Black Rain Storm warning is hoisted, delivery service will be rescheduled. We will contact you for delivery service rearrangement.
  • The delivery person will contact you about 15-30 minutes before the arrival . If we cannot reach you, we may reallocate the delivery time. Thus, you should ensure someone can receive the goods during the appointment period.
